Replay library includes the replays of the 30 minute live streaming (Zoom) yoga sculpt practices held on Monday and Thursday mornings at 9:00 am EST. New replays will be available each week.

While live Zoom classes are free to attend (or pay what you want), payment is never expected, but always appreciated to continue offering the Zoom classes.

This monthly membership is the only way to access the weekly replays, allowing you to practice at your convenience.

This membership is a monthly recurring membership and you will be automatically charged each month until you cancel.

How does this work?

1- Enroll in the $20/month membership on this page.

2-Make sure to create an account and login to the site in the upper right corner.

3-Select "Class Library" in the main menu and "Buy" the replays with your membership.

4- Choose one of the replays from the list and practice along.

New classes are added to the library weekly, so check back often!

ABOUT YOGA INSTRUCTOR MARY JUDE Mary Jude Maxwell is a 200 hr. certified yoga instructor who has been practicing yoga and barre for over 20 years. Mary Jude has been teaching vinyasa flow and chair yoga for over 2 years. Combining her love of yoga and barre using light weights, she currently teaches a yoga flow sculpt class with weights online and in person. This class is a gentle vinyasa flow class using light weights to increase muscle burn and flexibility while supporting bone health.
