Hi, I’m Mary Jude of Yoga with MJ. I have been practicing yoga and taking barre classes for over fifteen years. I enjoy the flexibility and mind-body connection of yoga and the muscle building strength of barre. I completed my 200 Hr yoga certification after I retired and began teaching a vinyasa style of yoga.
Knowing I wanted to age gracefully and be kind to my body, I combined my love ofyoga and barre into a yoga sculpt fusion class.
I strive to create a supportive, positive environment where all level of students feel empowered and energized for an enjoyable experience.
